Sypris: This proposed new Florida facility is located at Northpointe Parkway in Pasco County, Florida. The schematic plan was developed around the concept of open office space with little to no closed offices. The floor plate including the remote chemical warehouses is approximately 130,000 USF. The proposed 3D exterior rendering features a new dock high tilt wall building with 24’ clear interior space. The new front entrance is cladded with pre-manufactured angled metal panels and metal canopy overhang entrance.
