GTE Financial celebrated its 90th Anniversary with the grand opening of their newest financial center in the Channelside District of downtown Tampa. This 2,202 SF suite at the ground floor of the Pierhouse luxury apartments was formerly occupied by a fitness facility. The interior was transformed to create a bright, welcoming space for GTE’s clients and employees. A high-security overhead stacking door system allows for 24/7 access to the ITMs. AIC Architecture has been fortunate to collaborate with GTE Financial on several projects of varying scopes - both renovations and ground-up locations.
