4th Street Retail: Design for two separate single story retail buildings along Fourth Street, one of the main arteries of St. Petersburg, Florida. This included AT&T, Pearle Vision, Rubio’s Coastal Grill, and Zoës Kitchen with patios facing a central breezeway between the buildings.
