Brighthouse Riverview: The project was to design a new office & warehouse building for the Hillsborough County operations of Brighthouse Networks, a regional cable provider. The project features 102,000 SF of administration space, including a network operations center (NOC) & a 42,000 SF warehouse component. The building was constructed utilizing tilt-wall construction methods. Through the use of graphic patterns & bold architectural forms, this design approach reinforces company identity & solidarity.
