The renovation of the common areas at M&I Bank Plaza in Downtown Tampa included a complete overhaul of the existing main building lobby. The feature wall & custom security desk was designed to compliment the existing red and black granite flooring. In conjunction with the main building common renovations, a new M&I Bank branch was constructed on the ground floor. We took advantage of the two story volume with a suspended serpentine ceiling system. The elevator lobby was updated with a wood and stainless steel modular wall panel system. The elevator doors and surrounds were refinished in stainless steel.
